  • I miss you

I had so been hoping to find
that through the tangled web of your mind
you had made it back around
to here, where you first were found.

  • One thing I’ve never liked about poetry, is you really never know sometimes what the writer is talking about. I think that anyone who knows me, could maybe interpret this one. The deeper Meaning: My significant other has had a stroke and is in the hospital. I took his computer to him. We got him logged on and he was watching YouTube videos when I left him. I was disappointed that he didn’t log into Xanga.

  • oh i’m so sorry, catie. i hope it’s not too debilitating.

  • @complicatedlight - Thank you Phil. He doesn’t have much use of his left arm and hand right now, or his leg. I still don’t know a lot. I think I’m going to take his computer to him again to see if he can use it yet.

  • it’s still early days. of course try things, but don’t be surprised if he doesn’t “go there” immediately. these things take time. you hang in there, ok? :)

  • @mag_1 - Thank you Mag. I hope you are well.

  • @complicatedlight - I took his computer in again. He did a lot better than the first time I tried it. It was interesting to watch. When he finally logged into Xanga, first he went to Theologian’s Cafe, then Lily Nie, you, and then to sleep. I keep hoping he’ll log onto Skype and reply to my message there.
